Ingredients
  • 1 large banana
  • 10 fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 ¾ cups cranberry juice
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground or grated ginger
  • Honey or maple syrup for sweetness (optional)
  • 1 scoop Red Shot

     

    Method
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with oranges and strawberries
