Method
Remove the pits from the dates and cut them into small pieces.
Pour the hot espresso over the dates and leave them to soften while you prepare the other ingredients.
Pour the milk, double shot, tahini, yoghurt and cinnamon into the blender. Add the coffee and dates and a few cubes of ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into the glasses and dust the top with cinnamon.
Serve and enjoy!
