  • 1 banana
  • ½ apple
  • 5 pieces of pineapple
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • ¼ carrot
  • ½ stalk celery
  • 1 knob of fresh ginger
  • ½ tbsp manuka honey
  • ¼ cup of bran
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup kiwifruit juice
  • 1 scoop Double Shot
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt (optional)
  • 1 splash of milk (optional)
