  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 Tamarillo
  • 300g Rhubarb
  • 2 star anise
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Granola of your choice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop Red Shot


Bring water and sugar to a boil.

Cut a small cross incision into the base of Tamarillo and poach for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat. Peel Tamarillo and let cool.

Cut Rhubarb into 5cm lengths and place in a roasting dish with sugar and star anise and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Remove star anise and let cool. Add scoop of Red Shot.

Serve all together with yogurt and granola.
