Adults: We recommend 1-3 shots per day (5-15g). Simply add 1-2 tsp to the included dry shaker, add 55ml water replace lid, and shake! Alternatively the Red Shot can be mixed with fruit juice, almond milk or any beverage of your choice.
Children: Children or those under 50kg should take HALF a serving of Red Shot, unless advised by a health care practitioner.
- The Red Shot can be taken on an empty stomach and ideally in the morning, 30 minutes prior to a heavy workout (and immediately afterwards to speed recovery) and/or in the afternoon for a mental pick me up.
- As the Red Shot increases energy, circulation and mental acuity, it is not ideally consumed before bed.
