TO PREPARE

    unbelievable mood and energy booster

    should be prescribed for depression and fatigue - the results are really marked. It makes a huge difference to my life. I'm an auto-ship customer. One thing I think would be nice gift-wth-purchase is an occasional free travel serving to help out with odd nights away. As it is, I'm planning on buying a 3 serving baby powder container - cheaper and less packaging.

    Loving my double shot

    I have been taking the double shot for one month and the green shot for up to three months. I think taking the double shot has given me more energy and I am feeling generally healthier, but it is summer now so it is hard to tell. I think I have generally less joint pain and less aches and pains. I think I will change my order to double shot to have more energy. I do like the taste and my new morning routine. I also like it, that the 'nutrient rescue' is organic without anything added and it is from New Zealand.

No. Our Red Shot is made of 100% natural ingredients and nothing else. Any sweetness is naturally derived from the berries themselves.

Yes. Our the Red Shot is made from 100% natural ingredients with nothing else added. Just picked at their prime, freeze-dried and powdered. That's it! No preservative, additives, sweeteners… or superlatives.

We always recommend taking your shot in the mornings, as you're likely follow a routine thereby making it easy to remember to take your shot. Taking it in the afternoons is also fine, although we wouldn’t recommend taking your shot in the evenings or before bedtime.

The flavour is a mildly sweet, yet tart berry taste. Red Shot tastes like berry goodness in a bottle and is a great way to increase your daily consumption of important red and purple pigmented fruits.

There are many ways you can enjoy your Red Shot. Putting the powder into freshly squeezed juice or coconut water instead of plain water is an option, as is using the powder in a smoothie. One of our favourites is to add a scoop into hot water with a dash of honey as a warming winter drink. Nutrient Rescue is also working with chefs to develop recipes using the powders which you can try here.
