Yes. Wheat and barley leaf are harvested while they are a young plant before a head of grain has formed. This is what makes them gluten free.

We always recommend taking your shot in the mornings, as you're likely follow a routine thereby making it easy to remember to take your shot. Taking it in the afternoons is also fine, although we wouldn’t recommend taking your shot in the evenings or before bedtime.
The flavour combines the earthiness of greens with the easy-to-drink sweetness of blackcurrant and boysenberry. We think the Double Shot tastes like berry-freshness in a bottle, but some people find it 'nutritious, not delicious'. If you find you're one of those people, then persevere, as you'll find your taste buds adapt. It's a great way to increase your daily consumption of red fruits and leafy greens.
There are many ways you can enjoy your superfood powder. Putting the powder into freshly squeezed juice or coconut water instead of plain water is an option, as is using the powders in a smoothie. Nutrient Rescue is also working with chefs to develop recipes using the powders which you can try here.

I tried this once before years ago but didn’t like the taste. I had heard from family how much better they felt by taking in so tried it again. I’ve been taking it with coconut water and find it much easier to drink.

Being pregnant and teaching at a primary school with my 3rd child last year this was a life saver, I put on the healthiest amount of weight, curved the sugar cravings, all my iron levels and glucose was perfect. 😍 Then my family cottoned on to the goods and can’t go without it! It really has come to the rescue my husbands a sheep and beef farmer and exposed to all the elements and have 3 little ones to look after we need all the nutrients and covering we can get. It definitely helps with energy. I also have noticed when we’ve run out of double shot just before the subscription arrives we notice when we don’t take it. I’ve recently thrown out expired vitamins in my cupboard that I get sucked into buying and taking for 2 weeks and forget. I've been taking Double Shot daily for 6 months now after a friend who was recuperating from Chemo recommended it saying it 'boosted her immune system and helped her bounce back.' My husband takes the double shot Nutrient rescue. A few months ago he was diagnosed with ALL Leukaemia and given a very short time to live. He has continued to take his nutrient rescue shot every day, and so far has outlived the specialists expectations.
