We always recommend taking your shot in the mornings, as you're likely follow a routine thereby making it easy to remember to take your shot. Taking it in the afternoons is also fine, although we wouldn’t recommend taking your shot in the evenings or before bedtime.
The flavour combines the earthiness of greens with the easy-to-drink sweetness of spearmint and green pea. Green Shot tastes like green freshness in a bottle and is a great way to increase your daily consumption of leafy greens.
There are many ways you can enjoy your Green Shot. Putting the powder into freshly squeezed juice or coconut water instead of plain water is an option, as is using the powder in a smoothie or to boost nutrients in soups and salad dressings. Nutrient Rescue is also working with chefs to develop recipes using the powders which you can try here.

I’ve been using Double Shots for a few years now and totally swear by it, recommend it to anyone who will listen!
2023 - 2024 was a couple of hard years for me diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and I had to stop taking Double Shots due to interfering with my treatment, within days I noticed a slump and tiredness hitting in. Once treatment was done I was back into my shots and feeling better within a week. Recovering from chemo, surgery and on-going meds is a hard road and this really helps! You really don’t realise how good it is until you stop taking it!!
