We always recommend taking your shot in the mornings, as you're likely follow a routine thereby making it easy to remember to take your shot. Taking it in the afternoons is also fine, although we wouldn’t recommend taking your shot in the evenings or before bedtime.
The flavour combines the earthiness of greens with the easy-to-drink sweetness of spearmint and green pea. Green Shot tastes like green freshness in a bottle and is a great way to increase your daily consumption of leafy greens.
There are many ways you can enjoy your Green Shot. Putting the powder into freshly squeezed juice or coconut water instead of plain water is an option, as is using the powder in a smoothie or to boost nutrients in soups and salad dressings. Nutrient Rescue is also working with chefs to develop recipes using the powders which you can try here.

I have Taking double shots since November last year I am 78 I still walk 5 km every day I noticed my energy levels have improved. I have been on double shots for about a year now. I have gone off a couple of times but mainly due to running out or travelling as the loose packed is so not convenient to take away. Now I get the double shot sachets and won't be going back to loose packed. Apart from the convenance of storing and or taking away the shots are fresh each time and taste is better as i find the loose packed goes stale.
