HOW MUCH SHOULD I HAVE
Adults: 1-2 scoops per day
Children and adults under 50kg: ½ scoop per day

TO PREPARE
1. Add 110ml water to your shaker and 1 purple scoop (or 4 teaspoons) of powder.
2. Pop on the lid and shake well.
