I love this wonderful combination double shot daily of greens and reds.
I do feel it " sparks my energy for the day" I notice if I haven't had a morning shot. Occasionally I'll take it in the early afternoon.

My family take this daily. We all feel it helps keep things regular and I find i helps settle my acid reflux.
Not a fan of the new shaker as we all like to just make ours up and drink straight frim the shaker. So we have a few on the go and new ones don't last in dishwasher which is a pain. So I've been buying the old shaker from the opp shop when I see them. So we can have some in dish washer and clean ones on rotation.
