July Infrared Sauna Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia, aged 18 years or older as of the entry date. Employees of Nutrient Rescue, their immediate families, and any affiliates, agencies, or contractors directly associated with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 1 July 2025 and ends at 11:59pm NZST on 31 July 2025.

How to Enter

Participants can enter the giveaway by:

  • Placing a one-time order of any Nutrient Rescue product through the Nutrient Rescue website (https://nutrientrescue.nz/ or https://nutrientrescue.com/) or purchasing in-store at 228A Waltham Road, Sydenham, Christchurch, New Zealand during the giveaway period (1 entry per eligible purchase).

  • Subscribing to auto-renew (2 entries).

  • Existing auto-renew subscribers as at 1 July 2025 automatically receive 1 entry. If their scheduled auto-renew orders are processed during July 2025, they will receive an additional 2 entries.

  • Multiple entries are permitted — the more eligible purchases or auto-renew actions during the giveaway period, the more entries received.

Prizes

There are two (2) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of:

  • One (1) Evolve 20 Infrared Sauna, valued at NZD $6,795 RRP.

  • Delivery and installation are included (installation is optional if required).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The draw will be conducted on or before Friday 8 August 2025.

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or is deemed ineligible, Nutrient Rescue reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to an alternate winner.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Nutrient Rescue, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.

Nutrient Rescue reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits incomplete or fraudulent entries, or violates these Terms and Conditions.

Nutrient Rescue is not responsible for technical malfunctions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or relating to the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
